LOS ANGELES, CA – Veterans News Service Los Angeles and this Columnist hope that all U.S. Veterans have a great Veterans Day tomorrow, November 11, 2015, and thank them for “Serving and Sacrificing in Defense of this Nation’s and other Nation’s Freedoms throughout the World.”

We also hope that the U.S. Government will do more to ensure that all Veterans who want private permanent housing permanently obtain it, and that private permanent housing always be available to them should they want to or need to move to another location at any time.

That the U.S. Government will do more to ensure that all Veterans who are able to work and want to work are offered and obtain a job.

That the U.S. Government will do more to ensure that all Veterans who incurred a physical or mental disability while in Service are more expediently approved for Service-Connected Disability Compensation and with the burden of proof of Service-Connection on the VA not the Veteran.

That the U.S. Government will do more to ensure that all low-income War-Time Veterans are approved more expediently for the Non-Service Connected Disability Pension with less burden of proof of not being able to perform gainful employment or activity.
