Above Document Reads in pertinent part:

From: Miller, Lawe K.                                                                                 Sent: Monday, September 21, 2015.                                                              cc: Sanchez, David L.; Henderson, Patric C.; Boyd, Dennis R.     Subject: Bed Bugs from Loma Linda VA Medical Center

Good morning. Prior to reading this message, Chief of EMS Loma Linda Collette Mays called me to inform Textile Care that that there was a cart of soiled Linen being returned with Bedbugs. The cart had not been marked/tagged, therefore, we would need to treat all Soil Linen from Loma Linda as contaminated with Bed Bugs. Ecolab was called to Textile Care for further instruction.

LaWe K. Miller, TCF Managment Assistant, Office 310-268-4534, Fax 310-268-4476.

Charles Alvarado responds:

Thank you Lawe, if you can also give me some guidance on dealing with linen that be contaminated. We had a bug incident the other day and it was put into general soiled linen bag. Is there something I need to do on my ___? separate that type of linen and if so what do I need?

Thank you,

Charles Alvarado, EMS Linen Supervisor
